I find that the easiest way to integrate SEO into your content is by thinking about it from two angles: “From the customer’s perspective” and “From the search engines’ perspective.” From the customer’s perspective, think of how your answer will look on Google News, Yahoo News, etc. From the search engine’s perspective, think of what you can do to make your content more “human-readable” (i.e., easier for humans to read), and then link that with keywords in your title and first paragraph. When I say “human-readable,” I mean things like using proper grammar, hyphenating words at the ends of sentences, making URLs easy to remember/retrievable
